FACEAL OLEO HD

FACEAL OLEO HD is an ecological product that protects porous properties against absorbent and mineral substrates and provides permanent protection against graffiti. Nanaotechology allows for this product to act as a water repellent and protect surfaces from oily and grease based staining. Faceal Oleo HD can be used on vertical or horizontal surfaces. It does not change the vapour diffusion properties of the treated surfaces; it is invisible and is non-yellowing. Perfect for use on high graffiti areas interior or exterior – sound walls, highway pillars, …, also on sidewalks for the easy removal of chewing gum and prevention of staining.

• Make sure surface is clean and dry before applying product
• Apply two coats on a porous surface (allowing a maximum of 5 minutes between coats)
  

 

PSS20

PSS20 ideal for use on essentially all porous and smooth vertical surfaces and can be used in commercial, residential and architects applications. PSS20 is a sacrificial layer system (aka – temporary system). The protective film created by PSS20 will be removed during the removal of graffiti and should then be reapplied. Ideal for use on historic monuments, works of art, churches, apartment buildings, public transport or even residential homes.

• Graffiti is removed with hot water and pressured adjusted for the type of structure

FACEAL HYDRO RF

FACEAL HYDRO RF protects modern concrete structures against water, chlorides, carbonation and reinforcement corrosion. Faceal Oleo RF is a ready to use product that is solvent free and colourless. Designed to provide in-depth protection of concrete structures against:

Faceal Oleo RF can protect reinforced structures up to 5cm thick while allowing material to “breathe”. It can also be used to regulate the absorption of the material before the application of protection products.

• Shake well
• The surface must be dry, clean and free of any oil, grease, cleaning products, dust, efflorescence, paint or any other substances liable to prevent the correct penetration of the FACEAL HYDRO RF
• Can be applied with either a brush or low-pressure sprayer
• Apply 1-3 coats until saturation which will vary due to the degree of exposure to weather and abrasion. In exceptional cases (tide, marine environment…)
• FACEAL OLEO RF must be applied in 3-6 coats
• FACEAL HYDRO RF can be covered or treated 4hours-1day after application by a protection product.

FACEAL HYDRO CP

FACEAL HYDRO CP is specially formulate to reduce the corrosion of existing concrete reinforcement. This treatment is a solvent free, ready to use product. It is an exceptional water-repellent and helps to effectively prevent water penetration and helps eliminate the harmful effects due to humidity.

FACEAL HYDRO CP has a curative property: it stops existing corrosion of reinforced concrete structures. Perfect for use in protecting structures such as bridges, piers, parking and architectural concrete etc. FACEAL HYDRO CP can greatly reduce maintenance costs over time.

FACEAL HYDRO CP has preventative properties: Metal reinforcements that have contact with humidity and de-icing salts oxidize. This causes the concrete to expand and weakens the mechanical strength of the material components. FACEAL HYDRO CP penetrates deep into the concrete, up to 6cm and blocks the humidity and chlorides.

• Shake well before using
• The surface must be dry, clean and free of any oil, grease, cleaning products, dust, efflorescence, paint or any other substances liable to prevent the correct penetration of the FACEAL HYDRO RF
• Non-active cracks which do not threaten durability of the structure from a mechanical point of view may be treated normally with FACEAL HYRO CP
• Other cracks for defective seals must be repaired, treated with FACEAL HYDRO CP and filled using a sealant
• Apply FACEAL OLEO CP on the whole surface to be protected, including the repaired areas
• Applied with a low pressure sprayer. Apply 1-3 coats until saturation which will vary due to the degree of exposure to weather and abrasion. In exceptional cases (tide, marine environment…) FACEAL OLEO RF must be applied in 3-6 coats
• Wait 15 minutes between applications, the surface must be visibly dry.
• When spraying, be careful no mist occurs
• Drying time 24-72 hours
• Wait a minimum of 15days before applying a protective (or other) coating.
